Diana Rose was born with a complete cleft condition on one side of her mouth. Despite the challenges, she is surrounded by love, especially from her mother, Bernalyn, who is committed to ensuring Diana Rose is cared for, no matter how tough things get.
Caring for Diana Rose has not been easy for her family. They often felt fear and worry, especially during her early days when she had fevers and trouble feeding. The stress was sometimes too much, but their love for her kept them going. Diana Rose is their only child, and they give her a lot of love and attention.
The family often felt sad and concerned that Diana Rose might grow up feeling ashamed or being bullied. However, they remain hopeful. They believe that after she receives treatment, Diana Rose will grow up confident, with a beautiful smile, free from teasing by others.
The family learned about Abounding in Love through Facebook and a referral from a previous beneficiary, which renewed their hope that support and medical assistance are possible.

Please be aware that the children enrolled medical missions always have the possibility of changing. It is not uncommon for children to be deemed ineligible for surgery due to other health issues. If this occurs with a child you are sponsoring, we will substitute another child in their place and notify you via email.
