Galiah is an amazing young girl who was born with a unilateral incomplete cleft condition. Although she is the only one in her family with this condition, some of her relatives on her mother's side have similar cleft conditions. Despite the challenges she has faced, Galiah has always been a lovely girl who adores dancing and singing. Unfortunately, she has been subjected to the cruelty of bullies and mockery because of her condition. 
 
However, Galiah is a fighter. With the help of her mother, she has learned to stand up for herself and bravely fight back against those who bully her. Her mother has taught children in the neighborhood that Galiah has a name, not just a condition. 
 
Galiah's mother has always been sad to see her daughter face such challenges and longed for her to grow up peacefully. It took four years for them to decide to fix Galiah's cleft, as her father initially feared the pain she might endure at such a young age. They have agreed to proceed with surgery to fix Galiah's cleft and spare her from further bullying. They were delighted when they were referred to the Abounding in Love, who scheduled Galiah for a June Medical Mission with Operation Rainbow Australia. This opportunity offers Galiah hope for a brighter future, and her family couldn't be more grateful.
